Jamie Marra
Jamie Marra leads Aligned 4 Career Transition. Jamie brings a broad range of experience and skills to the company, with 12 years experience as Police Officer, in various roles combined with 20 years senior business management experience across varied industries both nationally and internationally in business strategy and growth, people development, operational optimisation, change management, systems and capabilities. Jamie understands the experiences, challenges, skills and capabilities gained serving in the Police or Law Enforcement sector and the value they add in the private sector. Fortunately, the police force and law enforcement sector deliver some wonderful (and some not so!) experiences – events which people in other professions may never have the opportunity to encounter. This can provide us with unusual examples and evidence of transferable skills; very useful when it comes to subsequent job hunting.
With decades of experience, in both policing and crucially the private sector, we help to align your skills and capabilities to make your transition into the private sector as smooth and successful as possible. We will never break confidentiality, whether that be verbal, in writing or by selling on your details. We honour the confidences shared with us.
